Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Worthing is seeking a Service & Diagnostic Specialist to join our main dealer workshop. You will carry out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, electronic fault-finding, MOT preparation and hybrid/EV maintenance across the full VAG lineup.

Requirements include NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent time-served), 1+ years of hands-on experience, a positive attitude and a drive to upskill into a certified Diagnostic Specialist.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, or electronic diagnostics.
• Positive attitude and a strong hunger to upskill into a certified Diagnostic Specialist.
• Full UK driving licence and own tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and mechanical repairs on VW Group vehicles.
• Perform electronic fault-finding and diagnostics across the full VAG lineup.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and maintain hybrid/EV systems.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored from Service Tech through to Diagnostic Specialist)


• Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus scheme (£300 - £600+ typical extra per month)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | Enjoy every single weekend off)
