Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Car Sales Executive in Chelmsford to join a prestige dealership. You will sell premium and luxury used vehicles and manage enquiries via phone, email and in person, conducting demonstrations and test drives.

You will advise on features and finance options, negotiate sales, and drive the customer journey from enquiry through to handover, while delivering exceptional service and aiming for strong targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Selling premium and luxury used vehicles to retail customers.
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face appointments.
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Advising customers on vehicle features, specifications and finance options.
• Negotiating sales and managing the customer journey from enquiry through to handover.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Working towards ambitious monthly sales targets in a high-volume dealership environment.
