JGR Recruitment & Training Ltd. seeks an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate CNC brake press machines and follow pre-programmed programs to produce metal components accurately and efficiently.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Edward Pearson and Bystronic presses, and familiarity with Cybelec control systems is preferred. No programming experience is required as all jobs are pre-programmed.

• Proven experience operating CNC Brake Press machinery.
• Familiarity with Edward Pearson and Bystronic presses (advantageous).
• Experience with Cybelec control systems preferred.
• Ability to work accurately and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• No programming experience required -all jobs are pre-programmed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC Brake Press machines (Edward Pearson & Bystronic) using Cybelec controls.
• Set up and run pre-programmed jobs according to production requirements.
• Ensure work is produced to the correct quality standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings where necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Report any issues with machinery or production to supervisors promptly.

• Operate CNC Brake Press machines (Edward Pearson & Bystronic) using Cybelec controls.
• Set up and run pre-programmed jobs according to production requirements.

Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour

Hours of work:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:15 PM
