Job summary

Proactive Global in Wakefield is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to set up and run Amada machines, producing components to tight specifications. You will read drawings, select tooling, perform routine checks, and work across alternating morning and evening shifts, with a focus on safe, quality manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Amada CNC Press Brakes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work alternating morning and afternoon shifts.

Alternating weekly shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm
