Job summary

Optima UK Inc. in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our production team. You will operate CNC press brake machinery, read engineering drawings, and form metal components to customer specifications from production instructions.

The role requires careful measurement, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards. You will load materials, set tooling, monitor cycles, and carry out quality inspections while maintaining a safe, efficient workflow on a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brake machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with sheet metal or fabricated components.
• Strong tolerance and measurement skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

We are recruiting for an established, family-owned manufacturing business specialising in the production of high-quality fabricated products. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their production team in Loughborough.

About the Role

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC press brake machinery to accurately form metal components to customer specifications. You will work from engineering drawings and production instructions, ensuring finished products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
