Job summary

Optima UK Inc. in Leicestershire-based manufacturing group is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our production team in Loughborough. You will operate CNC press brake machinery to form metal parts to drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality across every job.

Your experience reading engineering drawings, selecting tooling, and monitoring tolerances will help maintain high standards. This is a permanent, on-site role with a competitive hourly rate and benefits including pension, life

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm

We are recruiting for an established, family-owned manufacturing business specialising in the production of high-quality fabricated products. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their production team in Loughborough.

About the Role

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC press brake machinery to accurately form metal components to customer specifications. You will work from engineering drawings and production instructions, ensuring finished products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
