Job summary

Optima UK Inc. in Loughborough is seeking a Press Brake Setter Operator to set up and run press brake machines, ensuring accuracy and a steady workflow so high-quality parts are delivered on time and to trusted industry standards.

You will load and unload materials, follow Health & Safety protocols and participate in regular staff appraisals. The role requires heavy lifting, a hands-on approach and experience in manufacturing or engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating press brake machines.
• Keen to be hands-on and proactive.
• Experience working in engineering and willing to learn.
• From a manufacturing or production background.
• Physically able and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A naturally forward planner.

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4pm - 2am
