Alpha Manufacturing, part of The HEX Group, seeks a Press Brake Operative to join its Staffordshire-based sheet metal facility, located at Pasturefields Lane, Hixon. You will operate a press brake, perform manual folding up to 10mm thick and 4m wide, and set up the machine for production runs.

The role emphasizes health and safety on the shop floor, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Operating press brake machinery with precision.
• Manual folding of sheet metal up to 10mm thick and 4m wide.
• Ability to set up and adjust machinery for runs.
• Maintaining health and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Experience with Auto Fold is advantageous.
