Job summary

Search recruitment is recruiting a Press Brake Operative in Leyland for night shifts. The role includes operating Amada press brake machines, interpreting drawings, packing finished products and supporting other areas as required. Training on daytime shifts may occur for 1-2 weeks.

Night hours run 8:30pm–6:30am with an hourly rate of £16.42 including shift allowance. Temp to perm opportunity with a growing engineering company.

Search recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Press brake operative to work for our market leading engineering company. This role is working on night shifts but the successful candidate may need to work 1 to 2 weeks on the day shift whilst training. This is a great opportunity to join a company that continues to grow. Previous experience working on press brake machines is essential and previous experience working on Amada would be beneficial.

Duties

• Operating and setting Amada press brake machines
• Interpreting engineering drawings
• Packing finished product
• Support within other areas were necessary.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site
