Job summary

Aligra Melksham is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a hands-on manufacturing team in the Melksham area. You will set up and operate press brake machinery to bend sheet metal to precise specifications, interpreting drawings to produce quality components.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork, with a Monday-Thursday 7am–5:15pm schedule and Fridays off. Competitive hourly pay and good work-life balance are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in press brake operation or similar fabrication roles.
• Confidence reading technical/engineering drawings is essential.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
