John Menzies Aviation is seeking a proactive supervisor to coordinate aircraft cleaning teams, ensuring services meet exacting standards and safety guidelines in a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will motivate staff, allocate tasks based on daily flight schedules, monitor performance, maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations, and support on-time departures and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, clear communication, and ongoing coaching of cleaning

Formación

• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Prior experience in toilet and water servicing, disinsection, and cover changes.
• Knowledge of staff allocation.
• Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
• Leadership skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork among cleaning staff.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control, conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and regulations.
