You will act as a technical point of contact for presales requests while collaborating with account managers to develop tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, and will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a presales or solution architect role within an IT MSP or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of modern IT needs and challenges.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple presales engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for presales requests.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present technical designs, solution architectures, and delivery estimates.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, including solution overviews, diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Continuously improve and optimise solution templates and presales processes.
