Job summary

A reputed IT solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Solution Architect. You will act as a technical point of contact for presales requests while collaborating with account managers to develop tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, and will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation. This full-time position offers a dynamic environment focused on aligning client needs with innovative IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a presales or solution architect role within an IT MSP or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of modern IT needs and challenges.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple presales engagements simultaneously.

• Develop and maintain a library of standardised presales solutions for offerings, including:
  • Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace
  • Backup, security, and endpoint management solutions
• Continuously improve and optimise solution templates and presales processes.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project execution.
• Provide technical enablement and training to sales and account management teams.
