Job summary

TrustedTech UK is seeking a Solutions Architect, Presales, to lead technical discovery and craft strategy for complex Microsoft cloud opportunities in the UK Services organisation. The role partners with Sales and Delivery to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and commercial solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Data & AI, Copilot and managed services.

Qualifications

7+ years in cloud architecture, solution architecture or presales with client-facing duties.
Strong hands-on knowledge across Azure and Microsoft 365/Modern Work, including identity, security, governance and migration.
Experience translating customer requirements into architecture, scope, and customer-ready estimates and proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and solution strategy for qualified opportunities with business and technical outcomes.
Conduct architecture workshops, whiteboard sessions, and presentations with executives and technical stakeholders.
Design fit-for-purpose Microsoft cloud solutions across Azure, M365, security, data & AI, and managed services.
Develop architecture views, roadmaps, and implementation approaches linked to customer outcomes.
Create scope, estimates, milestones, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Delivery.
