Job summary

Worktual Limited is seeking a technically adept Presales Manager to bridge client needs with scalable AI-driven solutions in a SaaS context. You will analyze client environments, gather requirements, and craft end-to-end architectures for pre-contract phases.

You’ll present strategies and demos to CTOs/CIOs, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and ensure designs meet security and governance standards across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years in a presales/architecture role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis: Consult with prospective clients to evaluate their current IT infrastructure, identify business pain points, and document technical and functional requirements.
• Solutions Architecture Design: Architect comprehensive, end-to-end IT solutions, systems layouts, and data workflows that align with the client’s strategic goals and technical constraints.
• Technical Governance & Compliance: Ensure all proposed solution designs adhere to industry standards, cloud security frameworks, data governance regulations, and best practices.
• Bidding & Proposals: Author the technical architecture sections of proposals and translating complex technical configurations into clear business value.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Conduct deep-dive technical presentations and solution demonstrations to client stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, Internal Sales Personnel and Enterprise Architects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the post-sales delivery and engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition from the initial architectural design to live project implementation.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Manager to bridge the gap between our clients' business requirements and our technical solutions. This role is critical in analyzing client enterprise environments, gathering complex business requirements, and architecting scalable, secure AI based solutions during the pre-contract and bidding phases.

You will act as the primary technical point during the sales cycle, designing high-level solutions and presenting technical strategies and product demonstrations to customers.

• Experience: Proven track record working in Presales as a Solution Architect, Systems Designer, Technical Presales Consultant, or Business Analyst within an enterprise SaaS environment with minimum 2+ years relevant experience.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to deconstruct vague business requests into structured, logical technical systems requirements.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex architectural concepts to non-technical business leaders.
• Qualifications: Batchelor's and or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
