Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of presales experience in the Service Provider space or SI's.
• Over 10 years of customer-facing or technical experience.
• Strong networking and virtualization skills.
• Experience with public cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of storage technologies and multi-tenancy architectures.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Understanding of cloud-native technologies and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales support to Service Provider sellers and address inquiries.
• Conduct proposal development and sizing based on SP data to drive initiatives.
• Organize and manage POCs and demonstrations for partners.
• Collaborate with specialists and internal teams to develop technical strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Service Providers to support business objectives.
• Build relationships within partner networks to foster community engagement.
• Achieve performance metrics and contribute to over-quota results in managed services.
• Identify resource needs to support workload and growth.
