Job summary

Nuix is seeking a technically hands-on Pre-Sales Engineer to partner with Sales and channel partners across AMER, APAC and EMEA. You will be the primary technical authority during the sales cycle, shaping customer requirements and delivering compelling demos and POC engagements.

The role sits in the Global Go-to-Market function and may be based in London or Frankfurt, with a minimum office attendance of 3 days per week and flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical sales support role within enterprise software.
• Able to translate complex technical capability into clear value narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Disciplined approach to scoping, documentation and CRM hygiene throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective customers to identify and validate requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations connecting Nuix capabilities to customer use cases.
• Own end-to-end planning, execution and reporting of proof of concept engagements.
• Prepare technically rigorous responses to RFPs/RFIs/tender submissions.
• Maintain pre-sale scoping accuracy to protect delivery outcomes and commitments.
• Capture and communicate technical intelligence to product and GTM teams.
