Job Position: Pre-Sales Engineer

Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The engineer will collaborate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments, as well as external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote products pre-sales, introduce new features to channel customers, assist in product selection, and support sales targets.
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
• Provide product training to technical engineers of channel partners to improve their technical expertise.
• Gather customer feedback, contribute to continuous technological improvements, and communicate with product management.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and participate in promotional activities like trade shows and open days.
• Offer technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party integrations.
• Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues to ensure timely solutions.

Key Attributes:

• Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with prioritization skills.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, video conferencing, VMS, cloud storage, video walls, network, and industrial drones.
• Ability to work independently, set strategic directions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
