Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The engineer will collaborate with internal departments such as Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as external clients including distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide product pre-sales promotion, introduce new product features to channel customers, assist customers in product selection, and support sales targets.
  • Define and manage a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Provide product training to technical engineers of channel customers to improve their technical knowledge.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous product and process improvements.
  • Assist customers in preparing tender documents and participate in promotional activities such as trade shows and open days.
  • Offer technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with R&D and third-party companies.
  • Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with proper prioritization.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, video conferencing, VMS, cloud storage, video walls, networking, and industrial drones.
  • Ability to work independently and set strategic directions.
  • Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Quick learner of new technologies.
