Zoho UK is seeking a driven and customer-oriented Presales Consultant to contribute to the expansion of our customer experience and engagement product suite, including solutions like help desk systems, live chat, telephony, remote support, and customer feedback.

The successful candidate will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrate how Zoho’s solutions can meet these needs, and support them during the technical evaluation process. This role requires technical product knowledge, consultative engagement, and strong communication skills to help clients improve their customer service operations.

Note: This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with remote work supported on other days for flexibility and team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer operations and challenges.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations to showcase Zoho’s capabilities.
  • Provide support during the evaluation phase via video calls, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop tailored proposals.
  • Assist with RFI/RFP responses and develop proof-of-concept environments.
  • Represent Zoho at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in presales, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, preferably in SaaS or customer experience.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Genesys, etc.
  • Understanding of multi-channel support environments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements proactively.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, with a capacity for independent learning.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on customer success.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
