As Technical Support & presales Engineer you enable our partners and customers to install, maintain and expand our security solutions by providing them with training, technical support and consultancy using your expert knowledge of our security solutions. This role combines both in depth technical skills with a flavor of sales by means of consultative selling.
In the security industry, we develop high-quality solutions that are offered both on-premises and as SaaS solutions. Our products focus on Identity and Access Management processes, with the goal of simplifying configuration and management for our customers. In the role of Technical Support & pre-Sales Engineer you will be part of the Channel Development team of Nedap Security. The team consists of both technical and commercial people who work from our office in Reading, our head office in the Netherlands and various other locations in Europe and are spread all over the world. As part of the team, we think it is important that you are an open-minded colleague with good communication skills. It goes without saying that you actively support good coordination with and among colleagues. Nedap is a flat organization and therefore offers a lot of freedom in your work and planning. This makes independence and personal responsibility very important.
