D365 Recruitment Consultant at Catch Resource Management

Our UK-wide charitable organisation is actively looking for an experienced D365 F&O Developer/Technical Consultant to join their internal team on a permanent basis to assist with multiple, new implementations of D365, process improvements, and new developments to their ERP estate.

This person will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and support of D365FO solutions.

This role will be performed remotely with travel to an office approximately once a month.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 5 years’ development experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively
• Strong knowledge of core D365 F&O
• Expert understanding of X++, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, 3rd Party integration, and API’s
• Previous experience working in an agile development environment using DevOps and TFVC is desirable
• Experience working with Power Platform
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Experience with Life Cycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, TFS / Git, D365 Common Data model is highly beneficial

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support new solutions within D365FO
• Create technical design documents
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Technical Architects, and third-party vendors to resolve issues
• Provide technical advice to functional teams
• Consult and deliver change activities
• Evaluate and implement new features appropriately
• Perform impact analysis tasks
