The opportunity

With the continuing and rapid development of tax technology solutions, particularly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, EY has created a new Centre of Excellence (CoE) to support SaaS solutions throughout their lifecycle. The objectives of the SaaS CoE are twofold:

  • Operational management of Tax and Law SaaS solutions
  • Sales enablement and support to drive market success of these solutions

Joining the SaaS CoE offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of this new business unit, focusing on operational management and ensuring the smooth running of supported technology solutions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist sales teams in driving revenue for products like VAT Compliance and e-invoicing, across new and existing business sectors.
  • Become a subject matter expert on your products, developing deep knowledge of the product, customer domain, and industry.
  • Support sales teams in understanding customer environments and providing actionable insights to promote product attachment, cross-selling, and comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide post-discovery deal support, including product demonstrations, negotiations, RFPs, and technical assistance.
  • Communicate the value of solutions effectively to various customer stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM records to ensure visibility of customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and deliver results.
  • Represent the 'Voice of the Customer' to inform product and business innovation.
  • Work with product teams to incorporate market feedback into development roadmaps.
