Zenzero Solutions Ltd is seeking a technically proficient Presales Architect to join our growing Presales team in the UK. You will help clients solve complex business and technology challenges by crafting practical solution designs and compelling proposals.

• Experience in a presales/solution architect role within an IT MSP or related environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure with a security‑aware mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical presales contact for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to translate client needs into tech solutions.
• Design architectures, prepare proposals, and deliver accurate delivery estimates.
• Produce clear technical documentation including overviews, plans, and diagrams.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices, security standards, and customer requirements.
• Help develop standardised libraries, templates, and reference frameworks.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery.
• Provide technical enablement and knowledge sharing to sales colleagues.

About the Role

We are looking for a technically proficient and commercially aware Presales Architect to join our growing Presales team. This role is central to helping customers solve complex business and technology challenges through well-designed, practical solutions. Working closely with Account Managers, the Head of Presales, and delivery teams, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. You will shape solution designs, create compelling technical proposals, and provide accurate delivery estimates that enable customers to make informed decisions. Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical point of contact for key customers, consistently producing high-quality solution designs, and helping to standardise and improve our presales capability as Zenzero continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for presales engagements, supporting customers and internal stakeholders with expert guidance.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and develop tailored technology solutions.
• Design and present solution architectures, technical proposals, and delivery estimates that align with customer objectives.
• Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation, including solution overviews, implementation plans, and design diagrams.
• Ensure all proposed solutions align with best practices, security standards, and customer requirements.
• Work with the Head of Presales to develop and maintain standardised solution libraries, templates, and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Provide technical enablement and knowledge sharing to sales and account management teams.

Requirements

Essential

• Experience in a Presales Architect, Solution Architect, or similar technical consulting role within an IT MSP or related environment.
• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and workplace technologies.
• Expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent presales opportunities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Strong documentation and solution design capabilities.

Desirable

• Experience designing and estimating Microsoft Purview-based solutions.
• Experience designing networking solutions including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, ZTNA, and SASE.
• Microsoft certifications such as "MS-100", "AZ-104", "AZ-140", or equivalent.
• Fortinet certifications.
• Familiarity with ITIL, project management methodologies, PSA tools, RMM platforms, and standardised solution frameworks.
