We have a rare opportunity for a Trainee Vans Sales Executive to join our award-winning sales team here at Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury! If you are looking to kickstart a career within sales with a growing company, this could be the role for you!

As our Trainee Sales Executive, you will receive continuous training through a structured programme, including dedicated training from Mercedes Benz. Within 18 months, you will become a fully accredited Mercedes Commercial Sales Executive!

We offer a competitive package of £22,000 basic salary with achievable earnings of £40,000 (uncapped after training), plus a company vehicle (after qualifying period). You will work a 40-hour week, Monday – Friday, with one in four Saturday mornings. No Sunday or bank holiday work!

There is an opportunity to overperform on your OTE, and we will provide full training and onboarding to help you succeed and maximise your earnings.

Over time, your responsibilities will include assisting customers through the purchase of their commercial vehicle—from viewing and test drives to finance options and delivery. You will inform customers about finance, insurance, and accessory products, naturally building rapport to identify their needs. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generating new customers through prospecting will also be key.

No prior sales experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and determination. We will provide the tools for your success. A full UK driving license (manual and automatic) is required to be considered.
