Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our premium health and wellness team. You will warmly welcome members, handle enquiries and manage bookings both in person and by phone, while maintaining a pristine reception area in line with brand standards.

The role focuses on delivering a premium guest experience, collaborating with team members and contributing to a welcoming club atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported.

Qualifications

Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a front-of-house role.
Able to work well in a team and collaborate across departments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome members and guests at reception.
Handle member queries and book appointments and services by face-to-face or telephone.
Keep reception area clean, tidy and presented to brand standards.
Provide a premium experience and support club operations as required.
