Castore is seeking a Sales Associate for our Swindon store. You will be part of a hard-working team, working with premium products and achieving daily targets, while delivering the Castore experience to every customer.

This role is offered on an 8-hour per-week contract, with duties ranging from greeting customers to upselling and maintaining stock levels, and reporting KPIs regularly.

Formación

• Experience in a sales/customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and serve customers as they enter the store.
• Act as an ambassador for Castore brand and products.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Advise and assist customers on product selection.
• Handle complaints or escalate to the manager on duty.
• Conduct customer transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock on the shelves.
• Assist with store deliveries and replenishment.
• Monitor store KPIs and report findings.
• Identify opportunities for upselling add-on products.
