Job summary

Castore is seeking a Sales Associate for our store in the United Kingdom. This role is offered on an 8-hour per-week contract, requiring you to engage customers, drive sales, and uphold Castore’s premium service standards.

You will greet customers, provide product advice, process transactions, and help with stock replenishment while representing the Castore brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers entering the store.
• Act as an ambassador for Castore brand.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Advise and assist customers with product selection.
• Handle complaints or escalate to manager on duty.
• Process transactions with customers.
• Assist with stocking and replenishment of stock.
• Support with store deliveries and replenishment.
• Monitor KPIs and report on store performance (e.g., in-store orders).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on sales.
