Job summary

Castore in Manchester is seeking a Sales Associate to join our premium store team. You will greet customers, inform them about our products, and help drive service and selling to meet daily targets.

This part-time role is on an 8-hour per-week contract and will place you at the heart of the Castore experience. You will work with premium product, deliver outstanding customer service, manage stock replenishment, and support store deliveries while monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-targeted environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers as they enter the store.
• Act as an ambassador for Castore and promote the brand.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Advise and assist customers with product selection.
• Handle complaints or escalate to the manager on duty.
• Conduct customer transactions at the till.
• Replenish stock on shelves and assist with deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance (e.g., orders in store, e-receipts).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on sales.
