Job summary

Castore in Cannock is recruiting a Sales Associate to join a hard‑working team, delivering the Castore experience to premium customers and hitting daily targets in a fast‑paced store. You will be an ambassador for the Castore brand, providing consistent service and expert product knowledge.

The role is an 8-hour-per-week contract, offering the chance to build a career with a premium sportswear brand and to advise and assist customers with outstanding service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
• Acting as an ambassador for our Castore brand.
• Always provide excellent customer service.
• Advising and assisting customers.
• Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
• Conducting customer transactions.
• Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves.
• Assisting with store deliveries.
• Replenishment of the store.
• Monitor and report on KPIs regularly, e.g. Order in store, E-receipts.
• Identify opportunities for up selling products and add-on sales.
