Castore is seeking a Sales Associate for a 4-hours-per-week, three-month temporary contract. You will be part of a small, hardworking team, delivering the Castore experience to customers and achieving daily targets.

You will represent the brand, provide excellent service, manage transactions, and assist with stock and store deliveries. A customer-focused attitude and proactive mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers as they enter the store.
• Act as an ambassador for the Castore brand.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Advise and assist customers with product information.
• Handle complaints or escalate to manager on duty.
• Process customer transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock on shelves and assist deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs and support upsell opportunities.
