Job summary

Porsche Centre Silverstone, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join its team. You will assist customers with parts identification, search and sourcing, while ensuring the stock room is well maintained and stock levels are effectively managed.

The role includes ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories, with flexible patterns that may include weekends to keep service levels high.

Qualifications

• IT literate and comfortable with computer systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify, search and source vehicle parts.
• Maintain and manage the parts stock room and stock levels.
• Handle ordering and selling of a wide range of parts and accessories.
• Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
