Job summary

YTL UK is offering an Apprenticeship to become a Premium Sales Executive for the Aviva Arena project in Bristol. The program combines on-the-job sales activities with a Level 4 qualification and mentorship from experienced staff.

You will build a pipeline, manage client relationships, and learn to sell premium suites, memberships, and seating packages while supporting onboarding, renewals, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Competency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the team's sales targets, contributing to £14m+ premium revenue.
• Manage an active pipeline, meet conversion targets, and maximise client revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support revenue forecasting.
• Generate new business via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Sell premium products including suites, memberships, and seating packages.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals.
• Attend networking events and support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Deliver a consultative, high-quality sales experience tailored to clients.
• Support client onboarding, retention, renewals, upselling and account growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations and Catering teams.
• Represent Aviva Arena at events and promotional activities.
• Support team delivery during events and client hosting.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and gather client feedback to improve offering.
