Job summary

YTL UK, part of the international YTL Group, is recruiting for an Apprentice Sales Executive Level 4 at Aviva Arena in Bristol. You will work with the YTL Live team on the Aviva Arena sales programme, developing skills from day one and earning a recognised Level 4 qualification.

The apprenticeship covers on-the-job training, weekly paid learning time, and a comprehensive 18-month timeframe with a permanent role possible on completion.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
• Competency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the team's sales targets and revenue.
• Manage an active pipeline, meet conversion targets and maximise client revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support revenue forecasting.
• Generate new business via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Sell premium products including suites, memberships and seating packages.
