Flourish is launching a Sales Executive Apprenticeship Programme in the West of England. The role offers hands-on commercial experience, a base salary of £28,000, and eligibility for an Level 4 Sales Executive qualification.

You will learn through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior sales leaders. You’ll build relationships, support account management, and conduct outreach across multiple channels.

• No previous sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support account management and business development activities.
• Research prospective organisations and identify opportunities.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Attend customer meetings and learn consultative selling techniques.
• Support proposals, presentations and customer reviews.
• Maintain CRM records and sales data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations.
