Job summary

Stellar Global is seeking a Supervisor to lead a Sales Specialist team at a Samsung premium site in London. You will drive exceptional customer service and coach staff to achieve high standards. You will collaborate with multiple departments and embody Stellar values in daily actions.

You will manage CRM activities, VIP visits and B2B opportunities while maintaining a customer-obsessed culture and a positive work environment for staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail or premium environment is advantageous.
• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate a floor team.
• Proactive, calm under pressure and able to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Generate positive experiences for customers and staff alike.
• Maintain exceptional service standards across the premium environment.
• Lead and develop floor staff, fostering training and progression.
• Support control and accountability of team KPIs.
• Create a supportive, honest, and dedicated work environment.
• Inspire the team with passion for the Stellar and Samsung brands.
• Develop service standards using training tools and action plans.
• Support the Experience Clienteling Manager with CRM systems, VIP visits and B2B opportunities.
