Job summary

Stellar Global, on behalf of Samsung Harrods in London, is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor passionate about people and technology. You will deliver a personalized in-store experience, demonstrate products, and support events.

The role is 30 hours/week with a 4-day schedule, flexible across Mon-Sun, and includes intensive training and onboarding. Competitive pay at £14.79/hour (£23,088/year equivalent) and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for one-on-one and group interactions.
• Able to demonstrate products and engage customers to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards.

• Work collaboratively with team members to execute store initiatives.
