Job summary

Stellar Global Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor for a premium Samsung site in London. You will lead a team of Sales Specialists, drive exceptional customer experiences, and support the Concession and Clienteling Experience Managers in delivering Stellar’s vision.

Full-time, 12-month contract, with commission scheme and employee discounts. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-obsessed mindset to maintain high standards across the premium retail environment.

• Develop service standards using training tools and action plans.
• Support the Experience Clienteling Manager with CRM systems, VIP visits and B2B opportunities.
