Job summary

Stellar Global is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to join the premium Samsung site at Harrods, London. You will lead a team of Sales Specialists, drive exceptional customer service, and embody the Stellar and Samsung brands in a fast-paced retail environment.

Reporting to the Concession Manager and Clienteling Experience Manager, you’ll develop staff, manage KPIs, and support VIP visits and B2B opportunities. This is a full-time 12-month fixed-term role with a base salary of £31,500 plus

• Lead and develop floor staff, fostering training and progression.
• Supporting the control and accountability of team key performance indicators.

• Support the Experience Clienteling Manager with CRM systems, VIP visits and B2B opportunities.
