Job summary

We Help Recruit Talent is seeking a commercially minded Field Sales Executive to cover the North of England, ideally based near Manchester. You will develop new relationships, grow existing accounts and help brands find premium packaging solutions.

This is a field-based role requiring experience in sales or business development, strong communication, and a proactive, self-starting approach. A car allowance is provided alongside a £40,000–£45,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing sales, account management or business development role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Willingness to travel across the North of England and cover a wide territory.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing customer relationships across the North of England.
• Identifying and winning new business with brands, manufacturers and relevant partners.
• Visiting customers regularly and becoming a trusted commercial contact.
• Working closely with internal colleagues to develop proposals and convert opportunities.
• Building a structured pipeline and taking ownership of your territory.
