Job summary

Aramark is recruiting a Premium Manager to lead the planning and delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences at Hill Dickinson Stadium. You will oversee premium spaces, from Owners' Boxes to lounges and restaurants, driving outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence on matchday and non-matchday events.

You will inspire high-performing teams, manage labour and costs, and build relationships with guests and VIPs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within hospitality, food & beverage, events or premium guest services.
  • Strong operational management skills in fast-paced, high-volume venues.
  • Passion for premium hospitality and guest experience with ability to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent people management and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination and delivery of premium hospitality operations for matchday and non-matchday events.
  • Drive guest experiences by upholding highest service standards, presentation and execution.
  • Manage labour, stock and costs, achieving budgets and commercial targets.
  • Develop Premium Supervisors, Matchday Managers and front-line teams.
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing deployment and resource allocation for efficiency.
  • Build relationships with guests, clients, VIPs and stakeholders, handling feedback proactively.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, allergens and licensing regulations.

As Premium Manager at Hill Dickinson Stadium, you will lead the planning and delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences across a diverse portfolio of premium spaces, from exclusive Owners' Boxes and private dining rooms to premium lounges, restaurants and bars.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of premium hospitality operations across all premium areas for matchday and non-matchday events
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation and operational execution
  • Manage labour, stock and operational costs, ensuring budgets and commercial targets are achieved
  • Lead, coach and develop Premium Supervisors, Matchday Managers and front-line teams to build a high-performing culture
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing deployment and operational resource allocation to maximise efficiency and service quality
  • Build strong relationships with guests, clients, VIPs and stakeholders, responding proactively to feedback and service opportunities
  • Develop and implement operational plans, processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and profitability
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, allergen management and all relevant hospitality and licensing regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience within hospitality, food & beverage, events, catering, premium guest services, or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Strong operational management skills, with experience planning and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
  • A passion for premium hospitality and guest experience, with the ability to consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent people management and coaching capability, with experience developing, motivating and leading high-performing teams
  • Commercial awareness, including experience managing labour, stock and operational costs while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
