Job summary

DO & CO London is seeking a Lounge Senior Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the Qatar Lounge at Heathrow. You will supervise staff, coordinate service, and ensure impeccable food and guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional English communication, and a commitment to high standards. You will work across seven days a week with competitive pay and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Passion for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
• Well presented, professional with a can-do attitude and teamwork.
• Strong, dependable leader who supports the team and maintains DO & CO standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.
• Flexible in decision-making and able to adapt to changes for partners.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lounge staff and ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Own your shift to keep lounge well-stocked, clean, and compliant.
• Deliver excellent customer service with in-depth product knowledge.
• Grooming and uniform standards; engage guests with a proactive, friendly approach.
• Plan, lead, and present food and beverages per specifications.
• Lead Lounge Hosts, Front of House, and Chefs to deliver operations.
• Submit shift reports and communicate issues to Qatar and DO&CO.
• Uphold Health & Safety, EHO, and training schedules.
