Job summary

DO & CO Heathrow is seeking a Lounge Housekeeper Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our exclusive lounge. You will lead a team, implement standards, and ensure a welcoming, pristine environment for guests.

This role focuses on training staff, scheduling, health and safety compliance, and coordinating with food and beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping or cleaning teams in hospitality or airport settings.
• Ability to train staff on cleaning procedures, safety and service standards.
• Skilled in managing supplies and inventory to control costs.
• Strong guest-satisfaction focus and professional communication.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate a team of housekeepers to uphold standards.
• Enforce cleaning protocols for lounge seating, restrooms and dining areas.
• Monitor supplies and equipment; order as needed to ensure coverage.
• Respond to guest inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.
• Conduct lounge inspections and coach staff on improvements.
• Create staff schedules ensuring peak-time coverage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain records and report to Lounge Manager.
• Collaborate with food/beverage and front-of-house teams.
