Sodexo Live! is hiring a Business Host for the Cathay Pacific lounge at Heathrow Airport. Join our experience-driven team delivering high-end guest service and dining support.

The role requires welcoming guests, providing lounge information, and coordinating with kitchen and housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and presentation. You will assist with VIP arrivals, guest requests, and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for travellers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information regarding lounge facilities, amenities and services.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and upscale when necessary.
• Ensure the lounge is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.
• Monitor seating areas, dining areas, workstations, and restrooms throughout the shift.
• Replenish food, beverages, amenities, and guest supplies as required.
• Support lounge opening, operational, and closing procedures.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and disrupted flight situations.
• Monitor buffet and beverage stations to ensure products are stocked, fresh, and presented attractively.
• Observe food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Communicate replenishment and maintenance requirements to the kitchen and housekeeping teams.
• Adhere to company policies, airline standards, and airport regulations.
• Follow health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Report hazards, incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and airline information.
• Work collaboratively with lounge hosts, housekeeping, kitchen staff, and airline representatives.
• Participate in daily operational briefings and team meetings.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
