Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK is seeking a capable IT Support Analyst to respond to inbound calls at the Premium Client Service Centre in a professional and efficient manner, addressing technical issues over the phone and by remote console.

You will directly assist clients with end-user faults using troubleshooting methods to resolution, support non-fault requests such as software installations and access, and help set up new hires for technology requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Exchange for end-user support.
• Familiarity with VDI and SCCM administration is beneficial.
• Strong helpdesk skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely or via phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls to Premium Client Service Centre in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist clients with end-user faults using troubleshooting methods to resolution.
• Support non-fault requests such as software installations and access for new hires.
• Identify repetitive faults through communication with other support groups and service desk leadership.
