Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is looking for an outstanding Operations Manager to lead our H beauty Champagne Bars across a multi-site portfolio including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Essex, Milton Keynes, Chester and Newcastle. You will drive premium hospitality, commercial performance and people leadership, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and stringent standards.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site operations management experience within hospitality or premium leisure.
• Experience leading multiple venues across regional or national portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and labour costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of Eurest's H beauty Champagne Bars across locations.
• Provide visible hands-on leadership to site managers and front-line teams.
• Conduct site visits, audits and reviews to improve performance and share best practice.
• Ensure premium guest experience aligned with Harrods and H beauty expectations.
• Drive sales, profit and margin targets across the portfolio.
• Use data to identify trends, manage risks and unlock growth opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and labour efficiency with stock control in mind.
• Build relationships with H beauty, Harrods, Eurest and Compass Group stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, succession planning and performance management across the portfolio.
• Deliver operational change and new initiatives while maintaining brand standards.
