Job summary

Compass Group UK’s Eurest division seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a prestigious Champagne Bar and premium dining offer in Milton Keynes. You will own the day-to-day operation and drive guest satisfaction in a luxury retail hospitality setting.

You’ll manage P&L, lead front-of-house teams, control costs, and develop sales initiatives while maintaining superb service standards. This role offers a high-visibility leadership opportunity within a leading contract catering

The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the venue, including:

• Full ownership of the venue's Profit & Loss account
• Driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
• Leading, coaching, and developing the front-of-house team
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards
• Managing labour costs, stock control, and operational efficiencies
• Developing sales initiatives and promotional activity
• Maintaining compliance, health & safety, and food safety standards
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and brand partners
