Eurest, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, seeks an outstanding Operations Manager to lead the H beauty Champagne Bars across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Essex, Milton Keynes, Chester and Newcastle. You will drive premium service, partner with Harrods and H beauty, and build high-performing teams delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role focuses on commercial growth, quality assurance, and aligning operations with brand standards across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site operations management experience in hospitality, retail hospitality, hotels, bars, restaurants or premium leisure.
• Experience leading venues across a regional or national portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and labour cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of Champagne Bars ensuring service, presentation and standards across all locations.
• Provide hands-on leadership to site managers and front-line teams; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Conduct site visits, reviews and audits to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
• Drive sales, profit and margins; manage budgets, forecasting and labour efficiency.
