Houston & Hawkes in Central London is seeking a polished Hospitality Assistant / Barista to join our elegant workspace. You will move between premium hospitality and great coffee, preparing meeting rooms and delivering refreshments for meetings and clients.

You will provide warm, professional service, maintain high standards, exceptional coffee, and support the wider hospitality team while ensuring food safety and presentation throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or premium contract catering.
• Confident barista skills and passion for coffee.
• Polished, friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain meeting rooms to an exceptional standard.
• Deliver refreshments, teas, coffees and hospitality for meetings and client requirements.
• Prepare consistently excellent barista-made coffee and hot beverages.
• Provide warm, polished and professional service to clients and guests.
• Maintain excellent coffee equipment cleanliness and barista standards.
• Work closely with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain clean food safety, allergen, hygiene and health and safety standards.
