Houston & Hawkes in Central London is seeking an experienced Barista to craft premium coffees and deliver memorable service. You will work Monday to Friday in a busy café, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming experience and top‑quality beverages.

This role emphasizes hospitality, product knowledge and teamwork, with opportunities to learn and progress within a renowned contract caterer in London.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista in a busy hospitality environment.

• Confidence in preparing a wide range of speciality coffees.

THE ROLE

• Prepare exceptional coffee, speciality drinks and seasonal beverages to the highest standard
• Deliver warm, engaging and memorable customer service
• Build genuine relationships with customers and become a familiar face they look forward to seeing each day
• Maintain an immaculate coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
• Support the wider catering team and contribute to creating an outstanding hospitality experience
• Share ideas, embrace new trends and continually develop your coffee knowledge
